We understand that you may have to cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond your control. We are reasonable, compassionate and respectful of your time. We ask for the same respect from you. An appointment time can be assigned to another patient who needs to be attended to urgently if you are unable to attend your appointment.
We will send a reminder of your scheduled appointment, 2 (two) days prior. If you do not receive a reminder, your scheduled appointment remains your responsibility for you to attend or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reduction of intended treatment.
Failure to do so will incur a charge of $30 per 15 minutes appointed.
After multiple cancellations, our practice reserves the right to request upfront payment of treatment. This payment will be used towards your treatment; it will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours.
We ask that you call or email us from 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. For a Monday appointment, you will be required to cancel or change your appointment by Thursday, 3pm. Any cancellations made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment does not incur any charges. We may ask for your card details prior to your appointment.
